Responsibilities for team members:

Serve food and beverages to guests

Explain to guests about menu items

Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Responsibilities for Shift Managers:

Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift

Effectively and efficiently manage the restaurant

Manage day to day operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making and Team Member support

Reporting to the assistant or general manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics

Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines

Assist in training of new employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.35 - $14.95 per hour
